The company is looking out for a “ Receptionist & Admin Officer”. The details regarding the same are as follows:-
Position :- Receptionist & Admin Officer (Female)
Location :- Mumbai
a. Graduate ( In any stream)
b. Good Knowledge about Microsoft Office.
c. Good Communication/ Decision Making Skills & Good Professional Knowledge
Experience Required :- Minimum 1 to 2 Years.
Age Group :- 20 to 25 years
CTC :- Rs. 10000/- p.m
Reporting to:- Admin Incharge
1. Attending Calls (Incoming & Outgoing)
2. Back Office Support
3. Daily Reports Update & in Software for Service team.
4. Bills Checking of Vendors.
5. Arranging for Birthday cake for all company employees & even outsiders.
6. Preparation of Visa Documentation & Submission
7. Ticket Booking & Other accommodation booking
9. Pantry Management
10. Checking of the emails & forward to the concern person
11. Office Stationery Management
12. Preparation of Marketing Stock Statement i.e. Catalogues & Visiting Cards.
13. Responsible for all courier activity.
14. Drafting of all the letters and arranging to send the details as per requirement.
15. Preparation of purchase orders & mailing it to the concern person.
16. Data entry of conference feedback forms & sending the details to all the doctors accordingly.
17. Launching complaints of phone, computers, etc.
18. Arrangements of conferences and meetings.
